Landon earned his Bachelor of Finance: Risk Management, Insurance, and Financial Planning from Mississippi State University. He continued his education to complete his Masters of Business Administration from Belhaven University. He brings new business in for all parts of the agency: home, auto, commercial, and life. Landon joined us in January 2015 and is a valued asset to Rusty and his team. He received his Property & Casualty License in November 2014, followed by life, accident, and health licenses in January 2015.
Landon was born and raised in Jackson and he still resides there. He looks up to his parents, Mark & Lisa Thompson. He comes from a big sports family and enjoys football, baseball, tennis and golf. In addition to playing tennis, he likes to hunt and fish. Landon is an active member of Christ United Methodist Church. He recently married his wife, Emily, in March of 2020. He sponsors various business events throughout Madison and is a Past President of the City of Madison Chamber of Commerce. Landon enjoys giving of his time and being involved in and around the community by volunteering. |

Angela joined our insurance team in 2004. Although she was new to the industry at the time, she soon gained experience in processing property and flood policies. She serves both new and existing customers with dedication. A stickler for following procedure, she ensures agents and clients are in compliance with industry regulations.
Angela performs a variety of duties for the Rusty Healy Agency. She works as a Homeowner Customer Service Representative which requires her to prepare closing packages and assist with new sales. Angela is very knowledgeable on fulfilling our customers’ insurance needs and is considered an expert with flood insurance. She holds a MS Property & Casualty License (2004). Angela is actively involved with her church youth group and spends much of her free time with them. She also loves to read. She has been happily married since 2004 and loves to spend time with her family. |

Shawna has been in the insurance industry since 1997. She writes boat, ATV, RV, and motorcycle insurance policies. She services existing auto policies and also assists Dolores with new auto quotes and submissions. Shawna has been with Nationwide since 2002 and joined our team in 2010. She is an expert in all of our clients insurance needs. An invaluable member of the Rusty Healy team, she also assists with our commercial and life insurance clients.
Shawna’s professional qualifications include a MS Property and Casualty License (2002) and a MS Life license (2010). She has held a Certified Insurance Counselor designation through the National Alliance since 2006. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children and grandchildren. She resides in Rankin County. |

Spencer is one of the first voices you hear when you call the Rusty Healy Agency. She joined our team in August 2017 and works as a customer service representative and Landon’s Assistant. She services home and auto renewals, often communicates with various companies processing centers, and is well trained in billing.
Spencer obtained her MS Property and Casualty License in 2017 and MS Life Insurance License in 2018. She tied the knot in 2019 and resides in Madison County with her husband and and has a daughter named Griffin. Spencer enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also active in a small group at her church. |

In February of 2023, we welcomed Ann Tardo to our growing staff. Ann is a born and bred Madison Co. girl. She is married to Nathan and has one son, Konnor. Ann has an Associates Degree from Holmes CC and a Bachelors Degree from Jackson State University. Her job description is technically receptionist so she will probably be the outgoing, friendly voice you first hear on the phone. Ann has passed the Property and Casualty test, and she will become much more involved on the service and remarketing side of the Agency as a CSSR. She is a good fit for our staff, and we are pleased to welcome Ann! |

Emily is a Client Manager and Property & Casualty Agent who has been serving clients since December 2024. She brings a relationship-driven approach to her work, helping individuals and families feel confident and supported as they protect what matters most.
Prior to entering the insurance industry, Emily owned and managed her own preschool for 11 years, where she developed strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. She holds degrees in both Cosmetology and Early Childhood Development, which contribute to her people-first mindset and attention to detail. Born and raised in Brookhaven, Mississippi, Emily relocated to Brandon in 2011, where she continues to build lasting connections within the community. She has been married to her husband, Camilo, for 10 years and is a proud mother of three, giving her a personal understanding of the importance of protecting family and future. Known as a social butterfly, forming genuine relationships with clients comes naturally to her and is at the heart of everything she does. |
